Depart from Bengaluru at 7:30 PM with pickups at Indiranagar, Domlur, Yeshwanthpur Metro Station, and Goraguntepalya. Continue the overnight journey towards Kalasa in Chikkamagaluru district.
Reach the homestay by 6:00 AM. Freshen up and have breakfast by 7:00 AM before heading to the trek base.
Board a jeep at 7:30 AM for a scenic ride to the Kyatanamakki trek starting point.
(Morning) Start the trek at 8:00 AM with packed lunch. Walk along stunning ridge trails through lush grasslands and misty Western Ghats valleys. Enjoy panoramic summit views, have lunch amidst nature around 1:00 PM, and complete the trek by 6:30 PM.
Relax with snacks, tea or coffee, and campfire if weather permits. Dinner at 9:00 PM. Overnight stay at homestay on sharing basis.
Wake up by 7:00 AM, freshen up, and have breakfast by 7:30 AM. Check out from the homestay by 8:30 AM.
Visit the iconic Kalasa Hanging Bridge and soak in the serene Malnad countryside views.
Stop at the historic Sri Kalaseshwara Temple in Kalasa, a revered pilgrimage site in the Western Ghats.
Visit the UNESCO-heritage Belur Chennakesava Temple around 1:30 PM. Self-sponsored lunch and dinner en route. Arrive back in Bengaluru by approximately 10:00 PM.
