Once you book, you receive a confirmation with full trip details, organizer contact, and a Travonex Assist WhatsApp number for support.

How payments & safety work
Secure Payment Protection
Every booking goes through Cashfree's secure payment system. The traveler's money is held securely until the trip is complete. No organizer receives payment until the trip happens.
KYC-Verified Organizers
Every organizer on Travonex is verified against government databases via a third-party KYC API. Identity confirmed. Face matched. Business details reviewed.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, Travonex steps in. We review the situation fairly, protect both sides, and resolve it. Our Travonex Assist team handles all escalations directly.
