🔒 Secure Payments
Traveler money is held in a secure payment account by Cashfree, not paid directly to organizers. This protects travelers from fraud and protects organizers from false chargebacks. If a genuine dispute arises, we review it and step in.
🤝 Travonex Steps In
If something goes wrong during a trip — cancellation, no-show, safety issue — Travonex Assist gets involved immediately. We resolve problems. Real traveler on the other end.
⚖️ Fair Resolution
We investigate every dispute fairly. Organizers are not penalized for things outside their control. Travelers are not left without answers. Our job is to make sure both sides are protected.
