Netravathi Peak Trek & Sightseeing — Chikmagalur

🚌 Departure from Bangalore (Night) Depart from Bangalore at 9:30 PM. It is recommended to have dinner before boarding. Overnight journey to the Netravathi trek base camp.

🏡 Arrival & Breakfast (Morning) Arrive at the homestay by 6:30 AM, freshen up and have breakfast. Head to the trek base point through a scenic forest walk. 🥾 Trek to Netravathi Peak (Day) Begin the trek at 9:00 AM through shola forests and grasslands. Pass the stunning Bandegallu Falls along the trail and reach the summit by noon with packed lunch at the peak. ⬇️ Descent & Return (Afternoon) Begin the descent after lunch. Finish the trek by 4:00 PM and return to the homestay. 🍵 Evening Tea & Dinner (Evening) Enjoy evening tea and snacks at the homestay. Dinner at 8:30–9:00 PM. Early night for a fresh start the next morning.

🌿 Samse Tea Estate (Morning) Wake up early, have breakfast and check out. Visit the lush Samse Tea Estate for scenic views and a refreshing walk. 🌉 Kalasa Hanging Bridge (Morning) Experience the thrilling Kalasa Hanging Bridge suspended above a forested gorge. 🛕 Belur Temple (Afternoon) Visit the awe-inspiring Belur Temple — a masterpiece of Hoysala architecture dating back to the 12th century. 🚌 Return to Bangalore (Evening) Begin the return journey after lunch (self-sponsored at Kotigehara). Arrive in Bangalore by 10:00 PM.
